Night Drop BoxTo drop off your Frisco water and utility bill payments after hours behind the Frisco Public Library at 6101 Frisco Square Boulevard. Utility payments dropped in the night drop box are picked up every weekday morning by 7:30 AM.
Automatic Bank PaymentYou can set up an automatic payment with your local bank. Every month once you've been billed, the bank will make an automatic deduction from your checking or savings account and send it to the Frisco City water services.

How to lower your Frisco Water bill

The easiest way to lower your Frisco water bill is to avoid penalties fees by paying your bills with DoNotPay. What happens if you miss a bill payment

How to schedule a check payment

To schedule check payments for your Frisco bills and utilities, visit your local bank or City Hall and fill out an authorization agreement for automated bill payment with the following information:

  • Financial institution name
  • Account number
  • Routing number
  • Type of account
  • Your name and physical address
  • Utility account number
  • Zipcode
  • Phone number
  • Email address

You can file the form with your bank or City Hall for processing. Every month, automatic deductions will be made from your bank account to settle your utility bills.

How to keep track of your automatic payments

If you pay your bills and utilities through automatic bank payments, it's important to keep track of them to prevent overbilling. Check your bank statements on a regular basis. When you turn on notifications, you'll receive a text or email notification for every deduction made in your bank account.

To stop the payments, call or send a letter to your bank revoking authorization of automatic payments to your service provider. Alternatively, you can issue your bank with a "stop payment order." This has to be done at least 3 days before the next payment. To stop subsequent payments, send the stop payment within 14 days of your oral notification.
