3 Things You Didn’t Know About Electrolux Rebates
Electrolux is the second-largest appliance maker in the world, and the Electrolux rebates have at least something to do with it. Getting a rebate is an excellent way to cut down the cost of life necessities, but there's just one catch: it's essentially unpaid work, and most people make their decision to buy based on a vision that, in actuality, they don't want to follow through for lack of time. We don't blame them, and it's why DoNotPay – the world's first robot lawyer – is here to help you streamline the entire Electrolux rebate process (and a lot more).
What Are the Electrolux Rebates?
Unfortunately, Electrolux does not themselves make their current rebate offers known to the general public. Instead, customers must rely on the rebate offers as advertised by the retailers who sell Electrolux products, which also means relying on retailers to speak for Electrolux who have, at times, given people and the retailers a hard time whenever there is some unclarity about what products have rebates, where to get those rebates, and what the exact process is for claiming those rebates.
The result of not having a single official source on where to get rebate offers is that one has to search indiscriminately for Electrolux retailers and then make sure that there isn't some exception to the qualification rules. We can't speak for them, but DoNotPay has found a list of retailers who advertise Electrolux rebates. Our recommendation is to ensure that a company has mail-in rebate cards (either physically or in a .pdf) so that you know they have a true arrangement with Electrolux of some kind. You are not going to find a list of rebate-approved retailers from the Electrolux website.
The best source of Electrolux dealers is the "Sales and Service Locator" – there is no guarantee that the stores listed there have rebates at any given moment, though. There are actually some stores that carry Electrolux products but are excluded from the rebate program. Until there is a clear, official list from Electrolux themselves, the consumers must search around to find out who is actually giving Electrolux rebates at the time and place that they are.
For certainty, get the mail-in rebate card to verify that any of the following sources are presently qualified for Electrolux rebate offers.
|AJ Madison||Jan—Mar 9, 2022||Free Nationwide Delivery|
|Bellingham Electric||Jan—Mar 9, 2022||Massachusetts & Rhode Island|
|Big George's||Jan—Mar 9, 2022||Michigan|
|Schaefer's||(Varies by product)||Nebraska|
|Warner's Stellian||Jan—Mar 9, 2022||Minnesota & Iowa|
|Oliver Dyer's||Jan—Mar 9, 2022||Texas|
In lieu of a nationally comprehensive list, you'll have to use the "Sales and Service Locator" search tool above and do some detective work to find the retailer currently offering Electrolux rebates near you (or willing to ship it to you).

Who Is Eligible for Electrolux Rebates?
Because there are exceptions for the Electrolux rebate program, we've listed the qualifying factors, as explained in the "Program Details" of one of their standard rebate cards:
- Individual sales only (bulk sales do not qualify)
- Sales in the USA (excluding Puerto Rico)
- One claim per category* per household only
- Only products that are kept (not returned and refunded) will qualify
- Purchases made at Lowe's, Sears, or Best Buy do not qualify
The last point of advice Electrolux offers is to "See in-store associates for details […] at participating retailers."
Here are the categories of qualifying items, for which you can individually receive rebates from within the same time period:
- Wall Ovens
- Range Hoods
- Warmer Drawer
We recommend asking your retailer in advance of purchase if they've had good or bad reports from previous customers when it comes to smoothly and easily getting their rebates. And don't forget to make sure the sales receipt lists the correct model you purchase at the time of the sale.
How to Submit Electrolux Rebates
Customers must fill out their Electrolux rebate form either online or mail them using the mail-in rebate form they obtain through the retailer.
The form is very straightforward, but to be clear:
- Fill out the line items
- Attach a sales receipt photocopy (make sure it is a sales receipt and not a transaction history or similar alternatives and that the sales receipt has the correct model number as what you purchased).
- Check off or click on the qualifying product from the list (or enter it into the field) and then record the serial number, price, and rebate amount, if the form asks you to.
Be sure your address is correct; the program details state that they could deny your rebate claim entirely for any undeliverable address. Note that P.O. Boxes, for whatever reason, are not acceptable – nor are addresses for "clubs, organizations, or groups."
Note that mail-in rebates must be postmarked within the accepted time frame. We know it can be a little time-consuming, especially with multiple rebates to keep track of and ensure they are done to completion. How to Track Electrolux Rebates
The fine print on Electrolux rebate forms instructs customers to direct inquiries to 1-866-226-7076 or visit the Electrolux promotions site (see the previous section).
When you successfully send your completed rebate form in and it is accepted, Electrolux will give you a "claim reference number." From the promotions site, enter this number into the "Check existing claim" button to see the current status of your Electrolux rebate claim.
They respond with emails by default, but if you are not getting any messages from them when you think you should, you can use the phone number mentioned in the previous paragraph. The program details on the mail-in card state that the prepaid Mastercard should arrive within 8 weeks. They expire in six months, so don't wait to use them.
Next Steps for Electrolux Rebates (if You Need a Little Help)
As straightforward as the process is, some report having negative experiences getting their Electrolux rebates that don't get resolved. One report explained that Electrolux accepted their rebate, but then stated later on that their rebate was not accepted and that the customer had to take it up with the retailer instead.
We can't vouch for a specific instance like that ourselves, but we will say that we generally can use such doublespeak to best effect because we handle large volumes of these claims. Typically, companies find it easier to amicably accept the negotiations of a cohesive team of clerical wizards like us, even if they'd otherwise deny someone who doesn't have the time or experience to push back and press the company to respond favorably.
Countering a Denial
It's unfortunate, but the recourse for those denied–simply because the company appears to think they won't be effectively pressed about it–is to simply keep hammering away at the communications channels. Of course, we say that in the context of only the most tactful communications–assertive, not aggressive.
For instance, if you're in a similar place as in the example above, we might recommend following Electrolux's advice so thoroughly… that they regret not having simply sent the rebate as promised.
Consider getting a written message from the retailer, even the exact sales rep. who helped you, if possible (or the manager, or both), stating that they instructed you through the rebate application steps and that it was in line with their arrangement/agreement with Electrolux (or if not, that they made an error and not you). A comeback with such a letter could be a lot more powerful than a message merely complaining back to Electrolux. The former would be harder to ignore.
Do anything like this that might generate what might appear to Electrolux like tangible evidence of some illegality on their part – or even just the material facts which could result in bad publicity or BBB complaints and the like. The "it's not worth fighting me on this" cost-benefit-analysis game can work both ways.
Of course, this is just more junk on your to-do list that was already being squeezed by a rebate denial in the first place. At this point, you might consider an ally with experience with squeezing those rebates out from stingy hands.
