How To Connect With An Inmate At Crowley County Correctional Facility

Crowley County Correctional Facility is a medium-security level private prison in the city of Olney Springs, Colorado. It houses male offenders convicted for crimes punishable by Colorado state and federal laws.

The Crowley County Correctional Facility opened in 1998 in Crowley County, Colorado. CCCF, as it is also known, is a level III facility with a functioning capacity of 1,824 inmates, the maximum number allowable per facility in the state. CCCF provides programs centered on mental health, substance abuse, education, vocations, and reentry programs.

Warden Barry Goodrich presides over inmates in this facility in place to shepherd first-time inmates into the system. Most inmates who enter here will be transitioned to a permanent facility. Permanent prisoners who work at CCCF are held in maximum security for a minimum of seven years. There is an assortment of regulations for loved ones who want to visit or communicate with an incarcerated loved one.

How to Contact Inmates at Crowley County Correctional Facility

CCCF allows visitation for inmates every day from 9 am until 7 pm. An application process is required before visitation permission can be granted. Once granted, visitors are subject to dress codes and searches to prevent the delivery of contraband into the prison.

All adult visitors are expected to produce valid identification, such as a driver's license, government-issued photo identification, non-driver photo ID, armed services I.D., or employment identification with a photo.

Phone Calls From CCCF

Inmates can make phone calls based on the specific rules of CCCF. Colorado Department of Corrections rules allow inmates to make calls between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. for a duration of thirty minutes, and collect to the recipient. Calls can be monitored.

If you'd like to receive calls from your loved one incarcerated at CCCF, you must make an account with the Colorado Inmate Phone System, CIPS. To set up an account to receive collect calls from an inmate, set up an account online or by phone at 1-800-913-6097.

Mail to CCCF

CCCF allows inmates to send and receive mail. All mail is subject to search and read. Plain white paper and envelopes with only black or blue ink are allowed. Magazines and books can be received directly from the publisher only. A return address must accompany all correspondence.
