- Go to Indeed.com
- Scroll to the bottom navigation options, and select "Help Center".
- Scroll to the bottom of that page, and select "Employer Help Center".
- In the field at the top of the page, type "Remove a bad review".
- Scroll down and click on the article titled, "How to manage company reviews"
- Scroll down to the section titled "To Report a Review".
- Read the section, and click on the link to proceed to the "Submit a Request" page.
- Under "What Best Describes You?", select "Employer or Advertiser".
- Under "What Do You Need Help With?", select "Company Pages".
- Fill out the form and be VERY specific in the "Message" field:
- Include a date and description of the questionable review
- Explain why the review does not meet community standards
