You may contact a Baskerville Correctional Center prisoner in numerous ways. This includes video, in-person, phone, letter, and money exchanges. The visiting policy is available to read in Operating Procedure 851.1.

In-person visitation

Visitation with convicts helps reintegrate them into society, but it must be safe for both parties. A few rules assist to speed up the procedure. On November 8, 2021, the facility will accept in-person visitors with a negative Covid-19 test and a mask.

How it Works

  1. Apply online for visitation. Minors are welcome to visit.
  2. The Visitation Scheduler may be used after registering online. Once accepted, you may choose dates for one visit every weekend, arranged up to 14 days in advance.
  3. Arrive 1 hour early for security and Covid testing. No food or drink during visits.
  4. Bring a valid photo ID. A valid driver's license, passport, or military ID is acceptable.
  5. Respect the dress code; inappropriate apparel will impede visiting. No inappropriate language or visuals, and always wear footwear. In addition to removing wearable tech, you may be requested to remove jewelry.
